111. The wastewater from an alkaline hydrolysis establishment covered by a declaration of compliance in accordance with section 109 must

(1)  have a pH between 6 and 9.5;

(2)  be at a temperature below or equal to 65 °C.

The declarant must report the measurements made in a register.
